Centroid's "All in one" board has everything needed to control a knee mill, small bed mill or small to medium lathe. Included services are:
- 3 each built in servo drives will power servo motors up to 40"/lbs in size. Servo motors require a mounted ENCODER.
- PLC for monitoring inputs (limit switches) and relay outputs to control machine features such as spindle power (including VFD), autolube, or flood coolant.
- All Centroid CNC control boards include a motion control computer. This improves performance while providing operator safety.

Other CNC control board sets
A "CNC control Board Set" is the primary component in a Centroid CNC control. Selecting the correct board set depends mostly on the Servo drives you intend to use. Here is an outline of what you should consider.
- For DC servo motors larger than 40"/lbs in size, Powered by Centroid ACDC drives. The OAK board will work well as will the GPIO4d board set.
- For DC servo motors larger than 40"/lbs in size, Powered by an existing third party servo drive. Select the GPIO4d board set.
- For AC brushless servo drives configured to work in velocity mode. Select the GPIO4d board set.
- For AC brushless servo drives configured for position mode including new Yaskawa or Delta servo drives select the OAK board set.
- For machines retaining their OEM Fanuc servo motors Centroid offers a board and software set engineered especially for this purpose. Contact Machines in Motion, Inc. for more information or Download this price sheet for additional details.
