CNC Control installation

Factory Direct for Centroid installation Machines in Motion, Inc. has been selling and integrating Centroid CNC controls for over 15 years. One thing that stands out is the fact that every control installation is "one of". Even common machinery like the Bridgeport EZ path and Mori-Seiki SL series of lathes will have significantly different features. While home hobbyist only want their axis to move, a machine shop professional needs much more. Coordinated motion for 3D contouring, milling circles that are actually round, part finish, and machine accuracy. Frequently a professional level CNC machine will have higher end features like automatic tool changers, scales feedback, laser calibration, hydraulic devices, etc. Our experience with all of these issues make us uniquely qualified to quote you the right hardware set and then integrate these features into your new CNC controller. This includes specialized "purpose built" machines used in production. If it moves, needs to read sensor inputs, then execute outputs we can do it. Of course there are times where installing a new control onto a simple mill or lathe just makes good business sense. Machines in Motion does this for our customers too.
